    1.  How do I sign up for service with A-Premier?

Go to our new customer menu selection on our Website and complete the customer agreement form.  Fax or submit on-line.  Once reviewed by A-Premier you will be contacted with your account information.

   

    2. What are A-Premierís office hours or installation days?

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  A-Premier installs posts Monday through Saturday and is closed on Sundays and major holidays.

   

    3. How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via on-line a-premier.com form, fax (408) 274-5899, email service@a-premier.com or call (408) 274-5883.

 

    4. Do you offer Riders or flyer boxes?

We can install your agent provided Riders and flyer boxes, or you can choose from our on-line selection.

 

    5. How long those it take for A-Premier to install posts?

In our service are, posts are installed within 48 hours and up to four days if outside our service area.

 

    6.  How do I make an appointment with an installer?
